Your new role

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering quality asphalt installations (structural asphalt and motorway construction)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Implementing high standards of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
• Leading a team and maintaining long term relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience working in surfacing
• Civil engineering tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of quality management principals
• Practical knowledge of cost and job pricing
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to build long term relationships
