The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing a range of complex and specialised administrative duties to support ICT Services functions. This role provides an efficient, responsive and professional point of contact for ICT Services staff, internal and external clients and delivers a range of business support services including coordinating and undertaking the delivery of quality human resources, records management, executive assistance and finance and procurement functions that contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives of ICT Services.
The role delivers efficient and responsive support for the day-to-day activities of the Office of the Chief Information Officer and other ICT Services executive staff and contributes to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices within the ICT Services Unit.

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO3: $64,636 - $68,886 pa
