The Assistant role will be  responsible for the operational and administrative tasks for in-store and online communications for all of Asda Money's products and services, with a focus on supporting stores and colleagues

Your Role

You will be responsible for supporting store operations â€“ be the key point of contact for stores for ATM, Travel Money, PayPoint and Money Transfer activity. This will include any incident resolution, new launches, exit of kit from store and ad hoc queries and work required.
Maintain MI for the team and make appropriate recommendations to support the team in evaluating performance metrics (across sales & marketing), and for Planning and P&L purposes
Project Support – support the Commercial Managers in any new product launches and product amends, ensuring the project remains on track and picking up any work required
Be the main point of contact for all store queries and emails
POs & Invoices: Raise invoices for payment or credits where required
Competitor analysis – run competitor comparisons for the product team and make recommendations for improvements.
