History of Service

The service has historically offered a wide range of short breaks services to children and young people aged 4-19 year olds who have a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. The service offers both a short break to parents and quality play and leisure activities to children and young people with activities for a mixture of primary and secondary ages.

We also deliver an Advocacy Service.

Objectives of Service

The post will be to take on the role of Play Leader. The role will include supporting the young people to attend activities, delivery of activities and transport. Evening and weekend days will be expected as part of this role.
