Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

This is a great opportunity to join the DevOps team that looks after the core ERP and Logistics systems for Superdrug and Savers Health and Beauty UK.  Working as an entry level support analyst, with a team of experienced analysts and developers, you will be part of a team that wants you to learn and grow your IT career


A typical day in this role includes:

Working alongside your immediate team, and wider collaboration with your colleagues across local and Group IT
Daily system checks, including reviewing and responding to updates provided by our overseas out of hours support teams
Answering and resolving Application Support calls, including root cause analysis, testing and deployment
Giving great customer service to our internal stakeholders across the business, and our store teams

What you’ll need:

A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Some experience or knowledge of working in Retail or Supply Chain, such as sales assistant experience, would benefit your role
