What you’ll do:

• Lead in the delivery of automation to enable Group FP&A to deliver timely, accurate planning, standardised ways of working and better-informed decision making
• Be the key point of contact for Group and Market FP&A teams and Operating Efficiency team on automation development and assist with work on the FP&A roadmap
• Establish and implement a governance framework for the central repository of financial and KPI data in Anaplan
• Lead the automation of Group FP&A reporting in Anaplan, including report development and simplification / rationalisation of existing reports, to help to deliver efficiencies in the way we work
• Drive self-serve reporting through showcasing the use of UX dashboards and its capability
• Deliver Anaplan end user training to new joiners and sophisticated training on analytical tools, to upskill the Anaplan knowledge within the Group FP&A team
• Implement new data import approach and liaise with Markets on data validation in Anaplan, to ensure a smooth and efficient process
• Handle regular data uploads into Anaplan and ensure accuracy for actuals, forecasts, and budget data, to support insightful and agile analysis

What you’ll bring:

• You will be a qualified finance professional, and a certified Anaplan model builder with 5+ years’ experience (within a corporate environment or consulting)
• You will have worked on delivering sophisticated financial solutions using Anaplan
• An ability to demonstrate experience of the following within a finance systems / developer role for a large, sophisticated organisation in industry or practice: Support great decisions through Planning and Reporting systems
• Capture and interpret business requirements
• Understand data from the end user’s perspective
• Strong analytical / developer attitude
• Apply your experience from different companies to identify best- practices and world-class solutions
• Present solutions to business challenges and deliver them successfully
