Analytics Lead

The purpose of this role is to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through the use of analytical techniques, working with Local Markets and Group to understand their requirements and find and/or develop appropriate analytical products. You will build and deliver analytical models that drive value (revenue upturn, cost decrease and/or customer & employee engagement improvements), as well as build and deliver automations which will help digital transformation of stakeholders.
You will be required to create and maintain analytics datasets, which are sourced from different systems and be main accountable for data integrity and quality, and partner with Product Manager & delivery teams within Shared Services to deliver analytics solutions & insight.
You will create a pipeline of analytical products and services that can be deployed across Vodafone as well as driving innovation by employing new analytical techniques, collaborating with wider Data & Analytics team. You will also collaborate with Product Design Leads to embed Analytics into dashboards & applications to create greater relevance and impact for Vodafone.
