In this job, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics implementation projects across all digital touchpoints. You’ll also be accountable for developing and maintaining platform architecture changes, including technical roadmap to ensure fuure proof data collection infrastructure.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Owns and develops the event driven data layer framework across our digital estate.
Develops and maintains platform architecture changes, including technical roadmap.
Partners with Engineering teams for improving end to end data collection processes.
Supplies specialised tagging solutions for analytics and third party integrations.
Provide thought leadership for data collection and ways to standardize across platforms.
Signs off technical delivery & manages development cycle.
Manages inlife worksteam of data collection setup, identifying gaps in tracking and processes, setup inefficiencies and identifying opportunities to improve data collection.
Technical coaching for junior team members.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Expert on web front-end technologies and protocols including HTML, JavaScript & CSS.
Expert in various measurement and analysis technologies including Mobile app tracking and measurement.
Good fundamental knowledge of key cloud technologies and tools (AWS, GCP).
Experience in Security & data privacy regulations on tracking technologies and data collection.
Experienced with designing client-side and server-side data structures of Key platforms and their APIs.
Creative problem solving skills, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions.
Experience in effectively partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Strong track record of project delivery and project management experience using Agile methodologies and tools - JIRA and Confluence.
Working experience of Digital Analytics platforms - Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics/GA360.
Experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch preferred).
Ability to prioritise a complex mix of work and manage time effectively.
Able to communicate technical solutions to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communicator, able to manage expectations of senior management and 3rd parties, while understand and relaying technical details of risks, challenges & success.
