Key Responsibilities
- To work alongside the head of EMEA forecasting in the quarterly production of pan-European office forecasts, taking increasing responsibility over time. This will involve all stages from data curating/checking, forecast creation and presentation output.
- Assist with the production of the six monthly MSCI forecasts.
- Assist the head of Analytics with any one-off projects as required.
- Assist with the output of client scenario projects on a quarterly basis
- Liaise with sector specialists and research teams on data and forecasts, incorporate sentiment from key internal stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external presentations as appropriate
- Assist with writing forecast blog pieces each quarter and maintain a watching brief on changing office market conditions (structural).
- Input to consultancy projects related to forecasting and/or other quantitative techniques.
- Work closely with other economists and data scientists on research and development projects and continuous model improvement.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
Required Qualification
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in economics, statistics, econometrics or a related discipline with a high numeric
