Our Loyalty Application Development Maintenance team is presently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Analyst, App, Dev & Mtce – Loyalty Systems.
This position will analyze business needs and contribute to the development and improvements of the application. These are highly complex and business critical services, with an exciting evolution roadmap on its way.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to the development team, the business analysts, the test team, and to other teams and partners that consume iFly
- Provide production support to triage, qualify, prioritize issues
- Play an active role in projects-related activities, such as sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, sprint review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve development constraints and deployment issues
- Work closely with vendor partners in the ADM space
- Coordinate with various business and IT teams (business partnerships team, ADM teams, Architecture teams) to understand the requirements in the development of integrated IT products, across all platforms and channels
- Support Project Management through planning, monitoring & delivery phases
- Define the uses stories and acceptance criteria
- Provide leadership and guidance to the test team in the development of test scripts and analysis of results
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
- Maintain data standard and security measures through the implementation of information technology plans, policies, and standards
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement objectives for its functional area
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT technology or operations experience in a large company Experience as Analyst or Agile Product Owner within a delivery team
- Experience with Jira
- Highly proficient with MS Office, including Microsoft Project, Visio and Internet browsers.
