Job Details
We are looking for a seasoned alliance & channels leader to own the EMEA Alliance with Capgemini. In this role, as one of our key Strategic Partnership leaders, you will be responsible for mentoring and helping Capgemini Europe understand our products and processes, and to ensure the success of our customers in the region. You will partner with both the Capgemini team, and with the Salesforce Sales and Partnership team to assist our Europe based customers in their customer journey to deploy Salesforce products.
You will work to align with the EMEA sales, customer success and marketing teams to establish the requirements from the partner development for the EMEA region.
You will match the local regional needs with the global alliances imperatives and priorities that have been established. You will be measured on the volume of ACV (annual contract value) that your partners are impacting, the volume of certified capacity within the region and additional Key Sales Objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with sales, customer success and marketing to define the local market needs and develop Alliances & Channels partner strategy for the EMEA Region.
- Align with global Alliances' leadership on priorities for EMEA and encourage the EMEA alliances team to complete these priorities and associated metrics/targets
- Work with Salesforce and Capgemini teams to identify solutions areas that differentiate and be needed by our customers and ensure those solutions get brought to market.
- Develop and implement joint business plans that drive all aspects of the Capgemini practice on Salesforce extended solutions, including business development, enablement, certification/education plans, partner marketing, and solution development
- Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional team to advise product and customer success roadmap and prioritization
- Develop mutually beneficial and positive relationships with Capgemini
In addition to the Partnership responsibilities, the other key responsibility of this role includes:
- Act as a liaison between the Capgemini team and Salesforce to provide real time insights, problem solve customer concerns and to make process improvements.
- Be a trusted partner to the Capgemini team to help identify and remove roadblocks to ensure the success of our partnership
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce products and our Partnership strategy in Europe.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in channel sales or channel management roles passionate about Global Strategic Partners
- Extensive external industry network with 10+ years of SaaS based solutions and CRM Cloud partner channel sales experience
- Proven track record to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and complete in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
- Proven analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has meaningful impact on investments and program efficiency.
- Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales through global strategic system integrators
- Experience of scaling capacity of global strategic partners’ technology practices
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
- Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values and encourages others to follow and act
- Executive presence to lead and handle the most strategic global partners.
- Strong executive selling and business development skills; tried ability to understand different partner GTM and Organizational models.
- Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation and professional services organization key performance indicators.
- Willingness to travel and Experienced in Global markets, customs and individual
- country business protocols and dynamics
- Command of the English language - Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
- French language proficiency would be a plus
