The Nucleus programme will revolutionise Vodafone’s Data and Analytics (D&A) capability by building a common data model and platform in the Google Cloud. 

As the Programme extends, we are increasingly adopting Agile ways of working, aligning towards the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).   This is a central PMO role for Nucleus, based in London, and is critical to the success of Programme delivery.  It requires an individual with demonstrable Agile and Scaled Agile experience together with a high degree of curiosity to critically appraise complex issues, engaging with all levels of the business.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Accountable for decentralised and efficient Programme execution following the Scaled Agile Framework
• Drive the adoption of an agile mind set, methodologies and behaviours in all members of the organisation
• Define agile adoption and performance metrics, monitoring and assessing them regularly, and identifying areas for improvement
• Mentor and coach the organisation on agile principles, practices, roles, artefacts and ceremonies to maintain consistency of adoption and continuously improve performance
• Act as Scrum Master where required to gain detailed understanding of the end to end Nucleus delivery methodology

Apply if you have:

• Proven track record of Scaled Agile delivery in complex, multi-country Programmes
• Ability to drive peers in a diverse international and distributed team
• Very strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills 
• Ability to understand complex information and condense into key messages suitable for senior stakeholders
• Comfortable dealing with topics ranging from commercial consumers of data through to technical enablement 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) trained
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Teams, Poweroint, Excel and Project
