We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as an Agile PMO Analyst within the GOTT Data department. The role will report into our new Strategy & Operations team department, who are responsible for keeping the department running smoothly and efficiently. As a member of the Lean Portfolio, you will support the Agile PMO Lead in a fast-paced agile environment working closely with all our stakeholders across Delivery and Product Management (internal and external to our departments) working on one specific, or multiple Value Streams.

What you’ll do:

• Agile Ceremonies – Set up and run department agile ceremonies, organising and encouraging attendance and creating & maintaining documentation

• Manage Dependencies by assisting Delivery Managers & Scrum Masters in managing the Programme Board and associated dependencies for the Data Agile Release Train

• Build and maintain reporting to ensure accurate tracking of key metrics required by the Value Stream to track progress and efficiency, such as reporting of capacity against allocation using JIRA

• Enabling Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to be effective in their roles through continuous improvement of agile PMO processes

• Build engaging relationships with the Global OTT Data Platforms team and wider partners to encourage collaboration and open communication

What you’ll bring:

• A passion for the role, using your behaviours and approach to evangelise the value PMO brings, inspire others and promote the great work we do

• Be the lead JIRA expert, enhancing the JIRA knowledge in the team, creating reports & dashboard from scratch and coaching other team members

• Previous knowledge and experience of operating in an Agile PMO, any experience of transitioning from waterfall programme management to scaled agile delivery frameworks would be advantageous

• An advocate of Agile, you will need great communications skills to lead and guide the department’s use of agile methods, and the value they bring, to internal team members and wider stakeholders.

• You will need to be a self-motivated, dedicated, quick learner who is happy to work in an environment of fast paced change
