Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an Agile Coach/TRAINER - NON ONGOING on a contract for 5 months with potential extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking to engage an experienced Agile Coach to work with 3 multi-disciplined agile teams in a branch delivering digital services for the organisation. The person will be required to: * Review the Agile maturity and practices of the 3 established teams and provide tailored guidance to ensure continuous improvement

• Drive and promote a positive agile culture by supporting other teams that we work closely with
• Facilitate ceremonies and provide resources to enable us to facilitate effective ceremonies in the long term
• Produce supporting resources in the form of Agile training decks and maturity models for Agile roles. This will also include self-assessment resources to allow longer-term success
• Work with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Capability Leads (Delivery Managers) to ensure consistent application of agile practices across teams
• Run suitable training for the teams and identify learning opportunities for the branch to be recommended to the leadership
