Role Purpose:

As the Aftermarket SIOP Specialist you will be accountable for applying functional expertise in assisting and lead projects to support improvement of maturity across actuation aftermarket SIOP & Materials Management processes

As the Aftermarket SIOP Specialist you will:

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with Management in establish and keep updated the AFM Project Plan for the project of ownership & set up governance meetings for review of status.

• Collaborate in defining Criteria and AFM KPIs (Delivery & Quality) for keeping control of progress & measure improvements of project of ownership

• Driving continuous improvement opportunities and demand accuracy across Actuation sites

• Support the development of new tools & process with ASA Analytics team

• Gather Inputs and engage with sites to benchmark (inputs, tools, methods & outputs)

• Write & Document Best Practices in Standards & Load in Triaster.

• Training team, ensure sites support & effectiveness of the process.

• Evaluate & Develop Digital Opportunities for the function (data integrity, automation, visual management, etc.)

• Gather Inputs and engage with sites to benchmark key Supply Planning processes / Activities:  Supply Reviews and Supply Chain Integration, PFEP/ Materials Planning, Capacity Planning.

• Training team, ensure sites support & effectiveness of the process.

• Evaluate & Develop Digital Opportunities for the function (data integrity, automation, visual management, etc.)

• Enhancing Maturity of AFM Financial Reconciliation and linkage to SIOP L3 Executive Reviews - Activities similar to the above

• Performing tasks, maintaining reporting activities as need and ensure support is offered to the AFM SIOP Organisations

You will bring to this role:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical)

• APICS CPIM/SCM certification (GLP)

• A strong background within aftermarket

• SAP/APO & dashboard analysis

• Running/Setting up SIOP dashboard

• Understanding of Finance, Programs, Continuous improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations functions & ERP system

• Self-organising, manage time to meet deadlines & accomplish tasks

• Ability to monitor progress and make changes as necessary
