A bit about the job:

We are currently recruiting for an AEM Lead Developer to join the Global Strategic CMS platform in Aviva (Adobe Experience Manager). The Aviva AEM Platform Team consists of scrum teams based in London, Bristol, Norwich and India. The successful candidate will work closely with the business product owners and other AEM Lead Developers in the scrum delivery teams, and the personal attributes are as important as the technical capabilities. You could be based in our London, Bristol or Norwich office with the option for smart working which means 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.  

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Professional Experience working in AEM version 6.1 and above.

• Excellent knowledge and experience on Adobe AEM, with expertise on all AEM Stack: AEM Modules, Granite, Sling, OSGi and JCR.

• Good working experience in component-based development with Java, valuable experience developing with JDK 1.8.

• Working experience in Java Unit Testing using Mockito and Power Mock frameworks.

• Extensive experience working with Agile (Scrum/ Kanban).

• Starting salary of up to £83,100 London and up to £62,100 National (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
