What you'll create and do
As a Business Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gather market intelligence/data on clients, vendors and/or solutions
Conduct business analysis and prepare business cases for client review
Business process design and mapping
Summarize findings in Microsoft Office or Google applications
Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings
Prepare deliverables within stated timelines, tracking progress as required by team leadership
Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion, and how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool
What you’ll bring to this role ​

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Professional and/or educational related experience within business analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) and Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
Aptitude for learning new skills and about new industries, businesses, and markets
Demonstrated self-motivation and attention to detail, with a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate and manage expectations with engagement teams and clients
