The Information Services team provides Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) with a technology infrastructure and an environment that enables the knowledge of the organisation to leverage for the benefit of users. The team provides information technology training and assistance to users, oversees the electronic data and record management system and sets the direction for MNZ in the appropriate use of technology and development of integrated applications.

The opportunity

The training component of this role will involve performing training needs analysis, developing training collateral, facilitating training sessions in range of settings i.e. 1:1 and in small groups and via different channels where appropriate.

You will also take responsibility for reporting on the effectiveness of training and maintaining training records in the learning management system.  The training will be predominantly focused on IM systems but will cover other systems as and when as required
