What you’ll create and do
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify and address client needs both internal and external: deliver clear requests for information; communicating potential conflicts to a senior team member.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks; researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters
Share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both verbal and written
Coach and collaborate with peers who assist with this work, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance.
The core data science action this role drives include:
Understanding client data in the context of a client engagement objective (e.g. find process efficiency, increase marketing effectiveness, predict operational volume, automation manual processes and decision points)
Designing analytics solution leveraging cloud and/or existing client technologies
Technical leadership on key analytic platforms on Google and Microsoft
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and client teams
What you’ll bring to this role

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Solid work experience in one or more of the focus areas defined under the analytics practice section
Proficiency in advanced SQL functions and one or more of the following environments: MS SQL Server, VBA, Oracle, MS Access
Proficiency in data analytic and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI
Proficiency in common machine Learning libraries in Python, Spark, and Deep Learning/AI frameworks is an asset
Experience in AWS, Google Cloud or MS Azure
