As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You Will

• Set the vision and lead the implementation of integration of data and analytics for RGM in the UK Consumer Products Division

• Be the architect of syndicated data sources for use by the RGM team, understanding how the data is generated and potential limitations

• Automate insight generation on promotional events to improve return on investment of this enormous investment line, advancing capability from simple promotional evaluation to smart simulations and fully integrated optimisation (TPE, TPS, TPO)

• Govern the UK multi-category promotional strategy in line with the Brand, Category and Commercial Directors

• Proactively propose new initiatives to further optimise promo performance and drive continuous improvement

• Find creative solutions to combine and leverage data to unearth value across all RGM levers

• Be an excellent cross functional business leader, influencing all touch points of the organisation

• Collaborate with the Business Planning software delivery programme to design and integrate a suite of self-serve RGM tools

• Design processes to ensure excellent promotional activation is embedded in the rhythm of the business cycle

You Have

• Experience working in CPG industries or strategic consulting roles

 

• Background in Data Analytics/Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Marketing

 

• Expertise in statistical modelling and related analytics software e.g. R, Python, Excel etc..

 

• Proficient in BI toolset e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.. Deep understanding of data manipulation, integration techniques

 

• Strong commercial acumen, able to translate complex analysis to pragmatic, actionable recommendations for client teams

 

• Confident presenting skills using storytelling to convey messages to peers as well as upper management

 

• An analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems through data analysis

 

• Ability to determine the right solution and resources required to address different questions

 

• Ability to create relationships to build knowledge and influence all areas and levels of the organisation
