Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environment.
  •  Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role for executive management (e.g., calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling/booking, budgeting, and taking minutes for meetings).
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships.
  • Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
