Job Description Summary
The role is within Insurance Finance, specifically the Protection business of Scottish Widows, and reports into the Senior Manager. We’re responsible for implementing the Protection pricing strategy, working closely with the Insurance business to set prices, using live market data, demographic and capital assumptions.
The Assistant Manager will be performing pricing on Protection propositions. The remit will also include driving process improvements within the team and working with colleagues across Insurance Finance on ad-hoc tasks where pricing expertise is needed.
Job Description
A typical day involves monitoring market competitiveness, optimising pricing rates, or supporting colleagues with other tasks linked to Protection contracts already in place.
