Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their dynamic team for a contract opportunity.

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

• Processing and generating invoices
• Applying and reconciling payments
• Managing departments inbox
• Handling collection calls
• Preparing aging reports
• Performing data entry
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Play a vital role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk with our client. The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
• Post-secondary accounting education
• Knowledgeable in general accounting practices and principles
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Superior customer service skills
• High accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Available to start immediately
