We’re looking for Financial Administrators to join a national residential aged care provider that values fun and cares about your career journey.

As a Financial Administrator, you will support the organisation in its continued pursuit of excellence in care through monitoring, auditing, actioning, and evaluation of service. You will provide financial administration assistance in respect of accounts receivable to the operations of the group by:

• Ensuring that invoices are raised for all services provided by the organisation
• Ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately to the required reporting timelines
• Ensuring that all invoices are paid, and outstanding accounts are recovered
• Supporting the facility management and administration staff with financial queries
• Supporting the facility administration staff with the management of resident comfort fund balances
• Assisting with the management of cash
• Assisting the wider finance team with the completion of month end processes

You will bring to this role:

• Accounting experience including an understanding of the month end reporting cycle
• The ability to work as part of a team but also to self-manage when required
• The ability to prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are achieved
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT literacy including accounting packages and Excel
