Our prestigious client in Calgary is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their dynamic team for a full time role.

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

Generate and send invoices to clients

Cash applications

Verify that all payments are properly posted

Make collection calls

Perform account reconciliations

Aging reports

Journal Entries

Assist with Month-end closing

Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

Advance your career as an Accounts Receivable Administrator with our client. The successful Accounts Receivable Administrator will possess the following:

4+ years experience as an Accounts Receivable Administrator

The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently

Detail oriented, accurate and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
