Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking an Accounts Payables and Treasury to join their deadline-driven team for a contract opportunity.

As the Accounts Payables and Treasury your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

• Booking bills
• Journal entries
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Large volume of data input
• Processing non-po invoices
• Monitoring mailboxes
• Obtaining approval
• Review, upload and reconcile vendor statements
• Liaising with vendors
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

Showcase your skills as an Accounts Payables and Treasury with our client. The successful Accounts Payables and Treasury will possess the following:

• 2+ years of previous accounting experience
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Be comfortable with very high-volume work
• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfortable working in a manual environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Available to start immediately
