Accounts Payable – Temporary Assignment

• Accounts Payable temporary role commencing ASAP for 3 months to start
• Proven Accounts Payable or similar experience
• $35.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience
• Lower Hutt location

Are you looking to build on your existing accounts payable and accounts administration skills and experience?   Be part of a team who pride themselves on providing a quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and checking invoices for payment runs
• Responding to internal and external customer queries
• Processing expense claims
• Setting up new Accounts Payable users and suppliers
• Reconciliations of supplier statements
• Filing and generating weekly reports

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience working in accounts payable (a minimum of two years)
• Understanding of account administration practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Technically savvy and proven knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• A positive “can do” attitude
