Due to internal promotions, they require a strong Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a contract basis.

The Role

This is a sole-charge position for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to take ownership of the whole function. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, in a team of 3. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and requires someone who can work autonomously and take initiative.

Duties

• Full function Accounts Payables
• High volume invoice processing
• PO and Non-PO invoices
• Approvals from different stakeholders
• Payment batches with weekly, monthly and 20th payment runs
• Supplier and bank reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experience

• Experienced Accounts Payable officer who can work in a sole-charge position
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
