Located in Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario (“the AGOâ€) is one of the largest art museums in North America, with a collection of close to 100,000 works. Through the collection as well as collaborations with leading museums around the world, the AGO presents wide-ranging exhibitions and programs to more than 1 million visitors annually.
We are currently seeking a Regular Full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. Under the direction of the Director Financial Services, the incumbent will work closely with Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely payment of invoices ensuring the financial records are organized and maintained properly.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Good interpersonal skills.
Accounting degree/certificate or five (5) years of equivalent experience.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Organizational skills; ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks.
Strong mathematical skills.
Keyboarding skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues with vendors and AGO staff, including managers.
