Job Description

A highly attractive opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful distribution organisation who are currently going through a growth phase and are looking for an experienced Account Clerk to be part of this growth.

The Opportunity:

As the Account Clerk you will be an administrative all-rounder with strong Accounts Payable experience working within a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Accounts Payable processing in high volume
  • Credit card administration and reconciliations
  • Preparing cash checks and bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end processes including preparation of some balance sheet reconciliations and journals
  • Providing day to day administrative & financial transactional support

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in high volume invoice processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Experience with MS Dynamics NAV highly desirable
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing and fast paced working environment
  • Intermediate Excel and analytical skills
