The Role
This role will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and Finance Manager. You will be focussing on the day-to-day Accounts Payable from start to finish, assisting with ad-hoc accounts and working closely with other business unit managers.
Your Profile
Ideally you will be coming from an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable background. This is a sole charge position and will be a great for someone looking to take the next step in their career. You will have good communication skills and be able to work with non-financial professionals.
You will be responsible for:
- Allocations of payments
- Transfer of AR from the systems to MYOB
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payments to clients
- GL Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Adhoc Accounts Receivable
- Assist with debt collection
- Database management
- Resolving internal and external client queries
- General admin and adhoc duties
Skills and experience:
- You should have accuracy in data entry and be advanced in EXCEL.
- MYOB knowledge (not essential).
- Good communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Team player is a must.
- Attention to detail needs to be on point!
