BlueRock is gearing up for another big year and we are seeking some more brilliant Accounting Interns to come along for the ride. This is an ongoing, paid role for final year students that are available between 3-5 days a week whilst they complete their studies

Start your career off right! You will be building relationships with clients from day 1, collaborating with our advisors from the entire spectrum of financial services and will learn how to become a true advisor instead of just a number cruncher.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for small business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships)

Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients

Liaising with the ATO

Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate

Providing a memorable client experience through professionalism and impeccable service delivery

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

Are near completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar discipline

Have a desire to undertake further Accounting qualifications such as CA

Have strong communication skills and thrive in a team environment

Are highly driven with a proactive and positive attitude

Want to gain exposure to some of Melbourne's most interesting and up and coming clients

Have full, ongoing working rights
