Robert Half is looking for a candidate to support a department as an Accounting Clerk. The primary responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk will include but not be limited to assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, and general forms of data entry. Your responsibilities in this role would be as follows:
- Candidates with Spreadsheet and ERP system experience will be prioritized
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
- Excellent data entry skills
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred
- Experience with journal entries
- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations
- Proven knowledge of general ledger
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
