This Vancouver based construction company is looking to add an additional Accounting Clerk to their expanding team. As the Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- A high volume of Accounts Payables processing
- data entry, coding, batching of invoices
- vendor management and communication
- processing employee expenses
- 3-way matching
- generating Purchase Orders
- tracking all expenses and attaching supporting documents
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, paired with excellent organization skills and a keen attention to detail. You will be a motivated team player, eager to keep up with a medium-high volume environment, while providing additional support to colleagues as needed. Experience in a construction environment is a definite asset. This client offers future growth within the organization for the right candidate as their team continues to expand
