About this role
Firstly, to be the interface between the Product finance team and our SoHo finance team, to manage the flow of requirements between the two teams.
Secondly, you will be the finance owner for part of our Networking portfolio, worth £0.8bn Revenue to the unit. You will work closely with the team lead to work closely with our various functions to firstly ensure our reporting is accurate and has integrity, whilst driving the financial performance by providing insight and working on initiatives such as business cases, campaigns and propositions.

You'll have the following responsibilities
• Focus on ensuring integrity of our financials.
• Deliver planning & reporting activities, ensuring financial forecasting, planning and reporting information is provided to inform strategic decision making.
• Directly business partner with the relevant product owners to implement the strategy for the unit.
• Deliver month-end by product for the portfolio.
• Deliver insight and action to optimise unit economics.
• Support the business with product business cases.
• Execution of the strategy through development of the annual plan.
• Supports in segment reviews where appropriate.
• Steward, lead and partner with the business, to ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with local legislative requirements.
You'll have the following skills & experience
• Fully qualified accountant / further qualification to support specialism (.e.g. CIMA, ACCA, IIA, CISA, ACT, CTA, MCT, IR Society Certificate or equivalent), or exceptionally equivalent experience.
• PQE and/or external experience in industry.
• Strong understanding of how to be able to report numbers accurately and effectively.
• Allocated and directed a budget for part of the business.
• Good commercial acumen and decision making.
