Description

This Burnaby based client is looking to hire an experienced Accountant to manage their day to day accounting requirements. As the Accountant, you will be expected to take ownership of all financial matter including daily AR and AP, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations and monthly financial statements. As this client works in the manufacturing industry, you will also handle inventory management, reconciliations, and potentially purchasing. You will complete end to end accounting and work as an integral part of this small but busy team.

Requirements

The successful Accountant will have 4+ years of full cycle accounting experience. You will be a self starter and have the ability to work independently, under minimal supervision. Candidates with a CPA designation will be given preference, and experience with Sage 50 Simply Accounting is a strong asset. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply today!
