Are you an experienced full-cycle Bookkeeper looking for part-time work in Burnaby? Have you always wanted to work in the film production industry?

Robert Half Accounting & Contract is looking for a Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper to join a production company located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will perform credit card reconciliations (10 credit cards), CDN/USD bank reconciliations, bi-weekly hourly BC payroll for 10 employees, and processing accounts payables and accounts receivables using Quickbooks Online and MS Excel. This is a short-term part-time contract, 100% working on-site.

Requirements

-Bookkeeping Certificate or Accounting related post-secondary education

-Quickbooks Online experience preferred

-Full-cycle bookkeeping experience, minimum of 2 years

-1 year of experience with bank reconciliations

-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-Available immediately to start working
