The Opportunity:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Account Receivable Specialist to join our growing team! As part of the Finance department, you will get to work with a team of amazing accounting and finance professionals. You will get to connect and build relationships with 80+ National Accounts and a great sales team internally.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an exciting, fast growing Junk removal franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We’re looking for a Account Receivable Specialist to join our rockstar team to support processing and reconciling accounting transactions and build reporting so that data-driven decisions can be made for the future.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

• Complete all month-end procedures for 3 commercial entities including analysis on GL accounts, preparing, posting manual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process and review commercial accounts transactions for three countries including invoicing and adjustment entries,
• Process all invoicing and EFTs for monthly liquidated damages, referrals and rebates
• Manage all Datastudio and Google dashboard and trackers
• Provide backup support for cash applications and payout process

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Post secondary education in accounting or business administration
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Must have the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must possess a “can-do” attitude
