In this role, you will manage the existing relationships across the Community Care team. You will also be responsible for the development of new relationships in this diverse and candidate short market. From 1:1 supports to multiple managed housing and care facilities you role will always be dynamic and diverse.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring we are offering continuity of care

Contribute towards the growth and development of new business via reverse marketing initiatives.

Effectively manage operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls, database updates, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess: 

Strong client service and relationship management skills.

Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Intermediate PC literacy – MS Office.

Focused on achieving targets within key deadlines.      

The right personality to work with those in need in our community     

Previous experience gained from within a community care, sales or recruitment environment will be highly regarded, as would an understanding or awareness of the healthcare, community care or aged care market.
