About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager who is ambitious and energetic. It is important to note that our client values the importance of a strong, high-level work ethic. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate about business solutions and service within the industry.

The primary focus: Account Manager to sell business digital & technology solutions in this region. The overall objective is to build the Client's customer base in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach new customers through cold canvassing
  • Generate leads, convert to a sale, and then manage the sales process through to successful installation of equipment at the customer site
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service throughout the term of the contract and build relationships
  • Regional management and supporting exciting customer contracts
  • Effective and efficient filing and maintenance of all documents

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience
  • Existing product knowledge/exposure to leading technology is advantageous
  • Motivated and passionate about the customer service and business solutions
  • Consistently updating and improving product knowledge through participation in training
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, customers, and future engagements
  • Excellent time management skills

You must hold a valid New Zealand Work Visa and currently reside in New Zealand.
