The Role
your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned territory by:
- Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships through a variety of business development techniques
- Develop and maintain industry network and personal brand
- Lead generation across Experis and ManpowerGroup
- Deliver to client expectations
- Participate in training and coaching more junior Consultants to share knowledge and expertise within the company
- Achievement of GP/Budget
- Daily business development activity with clients
- Maintain adequate pipeline to achievement budget
Your Background

- Experience in the recruitment industry or similar industry
- Solid organisational skills
- Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
