This varied role will see you growing an established portfolio of predominantly pleasure craft risk clients through the new business and renewal lifecycle. In addition, you will support the Marine Manager with referrals across all Marine product classes.
Day to day you might work on:
Confidence and an ability to communicate effectively with clients is needed, along with a willingness to prospect for new business opportunities and convert them to sales.
There will also be a focus on outstanding customer service, professionalism, and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience.
About you
Ideally you would come from an insurance broking background, but we are open to hearing from people who can demonstrate proven sales skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
