An ambassador for the Harrods brand, the Account Executive for Corporate Services is responsible for world class customer service, providing a wealth of knowledge on cutting-edge business to business (b2b) gift ideas and experiences to Harrods' valued corporate customers. Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, the Account Executive drives incremental business for the different departments and services of Harrods to achieve agreed sales targets and business goals.

The Account Executive assists with projects and tasks that will deliver added value to the efficiency and profitability of the Corporate Service department monitoring market trends and competitor activity in order to provide an exemplary service to our customers.

About You

To put Harrods products and services into the hands of our valued corporate customers worldwide, we need a professional Account Executive who knows how to connect with clients as an exemplary ambassador for Harrods.

The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitive threats within our customer base, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction within your accounts. You must have experience project managing the sales cycle and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.

You’ll be a proactive and curious member of the Harrods Corporate Service team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before they identify a gap for themselves. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will assist in taking our business successfully into the future.
