CondoWorks is a young software startup that is dramatically improving the accounts payable process for property management companies in Canada and the US. CondoWorks automates the receiving, approving, posting and paying of vendor invoices, saving customers time and money, eliminating paper, and reducing errors.

The CondoWorks team is lean, yet experienced, having held senior positions at software startups acquired for over $100 million. There is a significant market opportunity ahead that is ripe for the taking.

As our first dedicated Account Executive, you will own the sales funnel and work closely with the founders to generate and close new business. You will also be uniquely situated to help the product team identify opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iteratively improve high performing sales campaigns to effectively turn prospects into customers
  • Contact, qualify, and book demos with prospects through multiple channels (calls, emails, social messaging, video calls)
  • Develop a keen understanding of the property management market and competitive environment
  • Prioritize and organize your pipeline, Perform demos, Generate proposals and Close deals
  • Provide feedback to the rest of the company on the market and direction of the CondoWorks product

Skills:

  • B2B SaaS sales experience preferred, with a track record of on-target lead generation and/or closing
  • You are a clear communicator who can succinctly convey concepts, whether internally or externally to prospects and customers.
  • You can effectively manage your work, pushing the business forward and driving towards outcomes with minimal supervision.
