The account team own the commercial relationship with our Partners and are responsible for delivering the annual P&L goals and associated KPI targets.

As an Account Director you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our most important customers. The number of accounts you manage will be limited but the potential for growth will be significant.

You will have an existing portfolio with annual revenues in excess of +£20m which we expect you to nurture and grow at the same time as developing relationships with New Partners identified as strategic growth priorities.

As part of your role you will be a key influencer of the Product and Commercial strategy within TTWS so that we continue to have alignment with our Partners businesses model.

How will I add value in this role?

  • Retain & build existing and new revenue streams, whilst exceeding your allocated sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that support the acquisition and retention of major partners in key segments.

  • Take ownership of existing major relationships with Partners; ensuring alignment with TTB’s new strategic business objectives and operating model.

  • Building and developing “C” level relationships amongst existing and new Partners to ensure strong and mutually beneficial relationships at the highest level.

  • Building effective internal relationships with colleagues as well as representing TTWS/Carrier sales to the CEO, COO and TTWS leadership team.

Must Have Skills/Experience

  • A credible sales professional, able to showcase consistent success as an individual contributor in acquiring and developing Partner business.

  • Negotiation skills to ensure deals conclude effectively, profitably with, and through partners and not at any price

  • Capable of establishing clear expectations with Partners and holding them to account.

  • Proven ability to influence and support critical relationships up to C Level.

  • Intellectual capability and inquisitive mind-set to challenge and innovate with both internal and external stakeholders

Be Great To Also Have:

  • Demonstrable written and numerical skills to a high standard.

  • MBA or equivalent business related skills
