With an extensive internal Architecture/Visual Design team and more than 10 large scale commercial builds currently in the design/ construction phase comes the need to further develop their team and talent. Your new role

As 3D visual designer you will be responsible for leading a project team to deliver all architectural sales documentation for these commercial scale developments. You will be directly responsible for managing a small team of Visual Designers and ensuring they deliver all documentation to a high standard and within time constraints. You will provide mentoring and training to your team, while reporting all information on your project team to the Visualisation Manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in managing the visual design process

• MUST have previous Visual Design experience in Construction within New Zealand or Australia ideally within large commercial scale projects

• Past experience in the use of Adobe Design Suite, Twinmotion, 3DS Max and Autodesk/Revit or ArchiCAD is preferred

• The preferred candidate will have a qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or Graphic Design

• As a team lead you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience as a Visual Designer working in 4-5 to 2D Design is preferred
