During my 6-week service, retail helped me to development my knowledge and understanding in retail; prioritising customer needs furthered my communication skills and abilities to multi-task. My role carried out many duties to greet and responds to customers questions and queries, whilst introducing promotions and opportunities, providing outstanding customer service. I was able to increase my knowledge about retail by engaging and studying the company products, services and policies; maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor, product, signage and displays. Overall, I am a motivated individual, determined to pursue my ambitions and continue to strive to achieve the goals set for myself. I feel that this job opportunity would help me to develop my experience to demonstrate how I can excel the company and customer needs with my caring and compassionate nature.
