I am a Freelance Makeup and Hair Artist based in London and the surrounding areas. With a variety of skills and experience in areas such as commercial, fashion, beauty, social content, male grooming and music. Since graduating with a Makeup and Hair degree from Solent University I have been lucky enough to be freelancing as Olivia Smith Artistry. My knowledge and experience provides me with a range of skills and abilities to work on any skin tone. Each job I take on is an opportunity to explore more areas of the creative industry and I pride myself in being able to tailor my professional skills to any clients needs.

I am a fully qualified Makeup and Hair Artist who graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Makeup and Hair Design. Additionally I am a trained Mac Cosmetics artist meaning I am constantly able to develop a variety skills within the industry.

My desire to work within the creative field was first sparked when I chose to study Fine Art at A-Level. It was my portraiture skills that landed me the 2nd place Turner Contemporary Prize with my painting displayed in the gallery for a month. My love of painting and portraiture drove me to explore the Makeup industry and study at Solent University. Since then, I have worked for a variety of different companies, providing services for social media campaigns, film, tv, photo shoots, e-commerce, music videos, catwalks and plenty more.

I have worked the music video for Lost Frequencies featuring Calum Scott recent UK Top 40 number 1, 'Where Are You Now'. TV shows such as Stand Up To Cancer UK, featuring Drag Race UK stars Awhora and Vanity Milan, ArrDee X NME 'Pier Pressure' Track by Track interview. Campaigns for clients such as Kappa, Chi Chi London and Brixton Brewery. I have also had the pleasure of working at London Fashion Week, Graduate Fashion Week and at Wella Studios for Sebastian Professional.
