Here are some example roles they might be looking to fill within those areas, just to give you an idea:

• Communications:

• Public Relations Manager: Focusing on media relations, press releases, and building brand awareness.
• Internal Communications Specialist: Keeping employees informed and engaged.
• Scientific Communications Manager: Communicating complex scientific information to various audiences. This is especially relevant for a dermatological beauty division.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communications Manager: Highlighting L'Oréal's commitment to sustainability and social impact.
• Advocacy:
  • Healthcare Professional Relations Manager: Building and maintaining relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Advocacy Manager: Working with patient groups and organizations to raise awareness of skin health issues.
  • Influencer Marketing Manager: Partnering with key influencers to promote the brands and products. 
  • Social Media Manager: Developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Digital Marketing Manager: Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing strategy.
  • SEO/SEM Specialist: Optimizing website content for search engines and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • E-commerce Manager: Managing online sales and marketing activities.
