OVERVIEW: The Sales Administrative Assistant performs duties that require attention to detail, initiative, independent judgment; strong interpersonal & organisational skills; assist in maintaining on-line listings; prepare closing documents & aid in the flow of the sales process
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Key Tasks
• Assist & support sales professionals & staff by carrying out administrative assignments as required
• Enter, update & maintain online listings in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist sales staff & existing business customers with closing process including preparing & sending documentations to ensure all paperwork is complete, thorough & accurate
• Initiate & respond to written & verbal correspondence; compose, edit & distribute correspondence according to established guidelines or personal knowledge of the subject matter.
• Screen telephone calls & personally provide requested information or refer calls to other departments
• Establish & maintain comprehensive & confidential files on customer records, reports, reference materials & CRM system
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members & persons outside the company. Create & maintain a positive impression of WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD’S client as well as the executive(s) supported
• Establish work priorities, remain flexible, & efficiently respond in an effective manner to a variety of projects & demands
• Work independently & make sound decisions
• Demonstrate effective verbal & written communication skills
• Meet established deadlines
• Understand & interpret procedures, policies & guidelines
• Communicate clearly & distinctly with telephone callers
• Organise & maintain complex record & filing systems
